In fact, you don’t really need a place on the web.
So, I’ve cut out a bunch of stuff from prior iterations, such as the historical horror gallery or the diatribe, a sales pitch for the Mac or Mac Apps, or my resumé. However, it has been handy to have a picture of the view from my camp, and a page about Justin.
I also like having my recent playlist from last.fm to the right. It’s easier than explaining that I don’t have Led Zeppelin on my iPod. Although as a friend pointed out, “I don’t really care what you listen to,” by which I think he actually meant, “your music sucks.”
I will probably share some history stuff here from time to time. I have a real backlog of things, whether articles or pictures. I like a bit of irony, too, from time to time.
If you want to reach me, email: phil [underscore] giltner [at] mac [dot] com and I’ll probably write back. I’m on Plaxo, LinkedIn, Delicious, and, amazingly, Facebook.
Some places you might have run across me:
Norwich, Slingerlands, Stratton, Esbjerg, Tufts, U Copenhagen, SUNYA, USMC, Albany, Willsboro, Salem, MIT, U Toronto, Mainz, Århus, Croton, Silver Lake, USMA, Alb Academy, Kinderhook, Hudson, Ag & Markets
The view above is from the porch at our place on Champlain. It’s pretty cool.
Web, or something
